医院-社区-家庭联动护理对精神分裂症患者疾病症状及生活质量的影响

Effect of Hospital-community-family Linkage Nursing on Disease Symptoms and Quality of Life in Patients with Schizophrenia

目的研究并分析医院-社区-家庭联动护理对精神分裂症患者疾病症状以及生活质量方面的影响。方法方便选取2016年4—5月期间在该院住院治疗的60例精神病患者,随机分为研究组和对照组,每组30例患者,对照组采取常规治疗与护理以及出院后随访。研究组在对照组的基础上给予患者医院-社区-家庭联动护理,在住院期间给予患者优质的护理干预、用药指导以及合理的康复训练,在出院后结合社区以及家庭进行联合护理,并且定期入户随访。对比两组患者的服药依从性以及康复效果。结果研究组患者的服药依从性(93.3%)明显强于对照组(63.3%),且研究组患者出院1个月、3个月以及6个月的康复效能评分也明显高于对照组。结论对精神分裂症患者采用医院-社区-家庭联动护理模式可以有效提高患者的服药依从性以及康复效果,提高治疗效果,值得在临床上进行推广应用。

Objective This paper tries to study the hospital-community-family linkage nursing symptoms and quality of life in patients with schizophrenia.Methods Sixty patients with psychosis hospitalized in the hospital from April 2016 to May 2016 were conveniently selected and randomly divided into study group and control group,with 30 patients in each group.The control group was given routine treatment and nursing and follow-up after discharge.The study group was given hospital-community-family linkage nursing on the basis of the control group,giving patients high-quality nursing intervention,medication guidance and reasonable rehabilitation training during hospitalization,combined nursing care with community and family after discharge,follow-up was implemented.Comparisons of medication adherence and rehabilitation outcomes between the two groups were performed.Results The medication compliance(93.3%)of patients was stronger than the control group(63.3%),and the team patients discharged from hospital for a month,three months and six months of rehabilitation efficiency score was significantly higher than the control group.Conclusion The hospital-community-family in patients with schizophrenia family nursing pattern can improve the patients’medication adherence and the effect of rehabilitation,to improve treatment effect,so it is worth popularizing in clinical application.
