摘要
该文通过对比分析,3个样地水库和溪流生境下的绿太阳鱼肌肉的氨基酸水平,结果表明,各样地的绿太阳鱼ASS总分高于FAO/WHO标准(>1)。各样地的CS总分均低于鸡蛋蛋白标准(<1);必需氨基酸指数EAAI均大于80分。而水库中绿太阳鱼肌肉的营养价值评分(AAS、CS、EAAI)均显著低于溪流的得分(P<0.05)。水库中绿太阳鱼的必须氨基酸水平低于溪流中的同类。结果提示不同的生存条件造成了不同生境下的绿太阳鱼肌肉营养品质的差异。
In this paper,we studied the amino acid levels in the muscles of greensunfish(Lepomis cyanellus)which were taken from three sampling sites in December 2016.The results show that:The ASS(amino acid score)of green sunfish were higher than the FAO/WHO mode(>1).The CS(chemical score)of green sunfish were lower than the egg protein mode(<1).The EAAI(essential amino acid index)of green sunfish were more than 80 points.But com?paring with the fish which live in reservoirs,the points of ASS,CS and EAAI in the muscles of fish in the streams were higher.And the essential amino-acid level of the fish which live in streams was higher than the fish which live in reservoirs.A conclusions was drawn that different living condition can cause differences nutrient components in the muscles of greensunfish.
