摘要
高校实验技术人员在人才培养、科学研究、社会服务、实验室建设与发展等方面起着重要作用。然而,对高校实验技术人员的工作缺乏科学、准确的定位,普遍忽视对实验技术人员个体职业发展的研究。从职业发展的角度出发,根据实验技术人员的自身特点,思考与探讨了基于职业发展理论的实验技术队伍建设与管理。
The university experimental technicians play an important role in the talent training,scientific research,social service,laboratory construction and development.However,there is a lack of scientific and accurate positioning for the work of university experimental technicians,and the research on the individual career development of the experimental technicians is generally ignored.From the perspective of career development,and according to the characteristics of the experimental technicians,the thinking and exploration of the construction and management of experimental technical team based on the career development theory are carried out.
