长链非编码RNA在骨关节炎中调控机制的研究进展

摘要 随着社会人口老龄化,骨关节炎(OA)的发病率越来越高,常导致关节疼痛,运动受限,关节软骨组织炎症和逐步退化。目前常规治疗的临床效果并不理想,最终往往需要通过手术解决。近年来研究发现,长链非编码RNA(lnc RNA)参与了OA发病的各种机制,包括炎性因素、机械因素和细胞凋亡等,而且每种调控过程都有特定的微小RNA(mi RNA)介导。因此,针对差异性lnc RNA的靶基因治疗研究也越来越深入,希望能够找到治疗OA的有效方法。 With the aging of the population,the incidence of osteoarthritis(OA)is increasing,and which often leads joint pain,limited movement,articular cartilage tissue inflammation and progressive degeneration.At present,the clinical ef?fect of conventional therapy is not ideal,and it is often needed to be solved by surgery.In recent years,long chain noncoding RNA(lncRNA)has been found to be involved in a variety of mechanisms in the pathogenesis of OA,including inflammatory factors,mechanical factors and cell apoptosis.And specific micro RNA(miRNA)mediates the regulation of each process.Therefore,the study of target gene therapy for differentiated lncRNA is becoming more and more in-depth,hoping to find an effective method for human OA treatment.
