摘要
论文研究了运用机器视觉实现螺纹参数测量的方法,包括利用CCD获得螺纹图像、图像预处理、螺纹参数的测量以及测量系统的标定。在分析对比图像滤波、增强以及边缘检测等算法的基础上,结合被测螺纹的图像信息找出了适合本测量系统的图像处理算法,实现了螺纹各项参数的测量。利用Visual C++编制了螺纹测量系统的人机交互的操作界面,通过图像特征点的提取来完成螺纹参数的计算。通过实验检测证明,该方法具有检测效率高、可同时检测多项螺纹参数,具有良好的实践检测效果。
This paper research the method of measuring threaded parameters by using machine vision,including the image acquirement using CCD,algorithm of image pre-processing,parameters measuring and system calibration.Based on the algorithm of image filtering,image improvement and edge detection,a suitable image processing algorithm is found corresponding to the image acquired in the lab,and finally the threaded parameters measurement is realized.At last,the man-machine interface is developed by Visual C++programmed,and by the image feature points extraction to complete the calculation of thread parameters.Test is proved by experiment.This method has detection efficiency,which can detect a number of thread parameters,has a good practice to test the effect.
