摘要
作战效果的评估结论在作战过程中的作用非常重要,直接影响后续作战行动的进行。在该文中,采用了一种新颖的基于关键指标的模糊综合评判法来评估作战效果。首先根据作战预期目标确立指标体系中的关键指标,通过定量或定性的方法完成关键指标的评估,形成初步结论。然后完成指标体系中次要指标的评估,进一步丰富评估结论,提升评估结论的准确性。
The conclusion of operational effect evaluation plays an important role in the operational process.It effects follow-up operations directly.This paper presents a novel fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method based on key indices in the operational effect evaluation.The key indices are determined by expectations of operational objectives.The preliminary conclusion is formed by the evaluation of key indices using qualitative or quantitative methods.Furthermore,the secondary indices in the indicator system are taken into account to enrich the conclusion.The computational test shows the efficiency of the proposed method.
