摘要
区域旅游资源开发中存在大量类似星星与月亮之间关系的现象,统称星月定律。这主要表现在三个方面:区域旅游资源吸引力由最高因子即"月亮"而不是其他因子即"星星"确定;"众星拱月"是区域旅游开发的理想格局;"星星"型旅游资源会因处在"月亮"阴影中而受到屏蔽。这为区域旅游资源整体价值评定、旅游地客源市场定位、区域利益最大化导向型旅游空间布局、同质旅游资源的创意化异质性开发提供了理论指导,旅游资源开发规划与经营管理人员应找准自身优势,寻找并加长"长板";实施资源整合,培育全域格局和产品体系;强化创意开发,实现差异化竞争。
There are a large number of phenomena similar to the relationship between stars and the moon in the development of regional tourism resources,collectively referred to as Law of the Moon and Stars.It is mainly manifested in three aspects:the attraction of regional tourism resources is determined by the highest factor of“the moon”rather than other factors,namely“stars”,and“a myriad of stars surrounding the moon”are the ideal pattern for regional tourism development.The type of“star”tourism resources will be blocked because they will be in the shadow of“moon”.This provides theoretical guidance for the overall value assessment of regional tourism resources,the positioning of the tourist market,regional interest-maximization oriented tourism space layout and creative heterogeneous development of homogeneous tourism resources,requiring developer,planner and manager of tourism resources identify their own advantages,to find and lengthen the“long board”,the implementation of resource integration,cultivate a global pattern and product system,and strengthen creative development,to achieve differentiated competition.
