产品众筹项目成功率影响因素的实证分析

摘要 众筹融资作为目前我国资本市场新兴的融资模式,起步较晚,但发展迅速。产品众筹作为众筹融资的重要模式率先被引入我国并取得良好发展。在我国中小微企业融资困难、企业经营受资金约束比较严重的市场环境下,产品众筹市场的发展为初创企业融资提供了新的思路。文章研究了现阶段影响产品众筹成功率的主要因素,可为今后中小微企业通过产品众筹开展融资提供借鉴。 As a new financing model in the capital market of China,crowdfunding has been developing rapidly though this model started late.Commodity crowdfunding was the first to be introduced and achieved great development.Under the condition of the new normal and financing difficulties of small and medium enterprises,it has received heated debate and gained in popularity from many aspects.This paper,on the basis of analyzing the data about commodity crowdfunding,explores and studies the main factors influencing this financing model,provides a useful reference for small and medium enterprises to raise funds through commodity crowdfunding.
