带关节轴承的波纹管式功率分出轴模态计算方法

摘要 通过锤击法对带关节轴承的波纹管型功率分出轴进行了固有频率测试,对关节轴承结构采取一般静力学接触建模的方法,对功率分出轴进行了模态计算。通过对比,发现误差较大,这是由于ANSYS在进行非线性模态分析时忽略了关节轴承的刚度。提出采用弹簧单元来模拟关节轴承刚度特性的方法,通过计算发现,功率分出轴的固有频率直接与关节轴承刚度呈线性关系,当取弹簧单元的等效刚度为8.5×105N/m时,仿真计算结果与试验结果一致,说明该方法可以较好地模拟带关节轴承波纹管联轴器的模态特性。 The natural frequency of the corrugated-pipe power take-off shaft was measured by hammering method.Then,by the contact way,the spherical plain bearing modeling was built,and the modal of the power take-off shaft was calculated.The error between tested result and calculated was found too large because the stiffness of the spherical plain bearing was ignored during non-linear modal calculating by ANSYS.The spring element was proposed to simulate the stiffness of the spherical plain bearing.Through calculating,it was found a linear relationship between the natural frequency of the power take-off shaft and the stiffness of spring element.When the stiffness of spring element was set at 8.5×105N/m,the error was accepted.It meant that this method could better simulate the mode characteristics of the corrugated-pipe coupling.
