摘要 实现疾病的早期诊断是目前临床亟待解决的问题,然而目前的检测技术操作繁琐、耗时,因此寻找一种简便、快速的诊断方法迫在眉睫。基于场效应晶体管(FET)的生物传感器因具有快速、便宜及无需标记的特点而备受瞩目。文章介绍了基于二硫化钼(Mo S2)的FET生物传感器的构建及其在医学检验中的应用研究现状和发展趋势。 Realizing the early diagnosis of diseases is a great challenge,and most current technologies are tedious and time-consuming,so it is necessary to find a simple and rapid diagnostic method immediately.The field effect transistor(FET)biosensor has the characteristics of rapid,inexpensive and label-free.This review introduces the method of constructing molybdenum disulfide(MoS2)FET biosensors and its research status and development trend in clinical laboratory medicine.
