多发性骨髓瘤引起假性高胆红素血症1例报道

摘要 M蛋白是浆细胞或B淋巴细胞单克隆大量增殖时产生的异常球蛋白,其氨基酸组成及排列顺序均一,空间构象、电泳特征完全相同,本质为免疫球蛋白或其片段(轻链、重链等)。由于M蛋白产生于单一克隆,因此常出现于多发性骨髓瘤(multiple myeloma,MM)、巨球蛋白血症、恶性淋巴瘤(malignant lymphoma,ML)患者的血或尿中。
