摘要
量子力学是近代物理学的基础理论之一,也是微电子专业的必修课程。而量子力学的基本概念与我们的生活经验却相去甚远,所以成了最难学的学科之一。本篇文章以量子力学中一维无限深方势阱为例,首先讲授一维无限深方势阱的概念及推导过程,在此基础上对量子阱形成的子能级等量子现象及其特殊的地方进行讨论,最后讲解此概念的实际应用暨量子阱器件。本文分书本知识、概念引申及现实应用三部分对学生讲授该知识点,让学生对该知识点及其在电子器件中的应用能有更清楚的了解。
Quantum mechanics is one of the basic theories of modern physics,and it is also a compulsory course for microelectronics.However,the basic concepts of quantum mechanics are far from our experience in daily life,so it is difficult to learn.We use one dimensional infinite deep square potential well in quantum mechanics as an example.Firstly,we teach the concept and the derivation process of one dimensional infinite square potential well,then the formation of sub energy levels in quantum well,and its practical applications of quantum well devices.So the basic knowledge,concept extension and practical application can help students to study well.
