高职院校提高学生到课率的对策研究与实践——以青岛酒店管理职业技术学院为例

Research and Practice of Countermeasures to Improve Students' Class Attendance in Higher Vocational Colleges: Taking Qingdao Vocational and Technical College of Hotel Management as an Example

学生到课率是反映高职院校学风与教风,教学与学生管理水平等的晴雨表。到课率高低直接关系到学校教学质量和育人质量的高低。但高职院校学生到课率普遍不高,已成为目前影响和困扰学校日常教育教学的一个难题。本文就如何提高学生到课率问题,结合青岛酒店管理职业技术学院所做的探索实践,给出了具体综合的对策。

Students'class attendance is a barometer that reflects the academic style and teaching style,as well as the teaching and student management level of a higher vocational college.Class attendance is directly related to the level of teaching and education.However,class attendance of students in higher vocational colleges is generally low,which has become a problem that affects and confuses the daily education and teaching of higher vocational colleges.Therefore,this paper gives concrete and comprehensive countermeasures on how to improve students'class attendance,combined with the exploration and practice of Qingdao Vocational and Technical College of Hotel Management.
