基于“工匠精神”的高职“双创”人才培养模式研究

Research on the "Innovative and Entrepreneurial" Talent Training Mode in Higher Vocational Education Based on "Artisan Spirit"

由于高职教育的目标是培养具有专业技术和综合素质的实践型人才,因此,在培养高职学生的过程中,我们可以融合"工匠精神"教育,将其与"大众创业,万众创新"人才培养模式结合起来,全面提升高职学生的创业和创新能力。本文对基于"工匠精神"的高职"双创"人才培养模式进行深入的分析和研究,为培养更多的优秀人才,推动我国社会经济的发展和进步,提供可靠的建议。

Since the goal of higher vocational education is to train practical talents with professional skills and comprehensive qualities,in the process of cultivating higher vocational students,we can integrate the education of"artisan spirit"with the"innovative and entrepreneurial"talent training mode,so as to comprehensively improve students'entrepreneurial and innovative ability.Based on"artisan spirit"and the“innovative and entrepreneurial”talent training mode in higher vocational education,this paper conducts an in-depth analysis and study,in order to provide reliable suggestions for cultivating more excellent talents and promoting the development and progress of China's society and economy.
