在就业形势日趋严峻的背景下,高校要加强职业发展和就业指导工作,需要设立学院层面的职业发展办公室,建立二级学院联动机制,并通过提高工作人员的职业化水平,实现职业发展和就业指导工作规范化专业化、系统化全程化、信息化,建立结果导向的职业发展和就业指导,为学院全体学生进行个性化咨询和指导,并贯穿到各阶段,广泛覆盖到各学院每位学生,保证职业发展和就业指导工作的针对性有效性,保证职业发展和就业指导工作的系统性专业性。
