On How to Play the Role of Student-orientation in Student Work of Colleges and Universities

习近平总书记在全国高校思想政治工作会议中强调,高校思想政治工作关系高校培养什么样的人、如何培养人以及为谁培养人的问题,要把立德树人作为中心环节。现如今的高校政治生态和环境,要求高校学生工作者切实树立以生为本的工作理念,改进以生为本的工作方式,更好地为国家和社会培养人才。本文通过对以生为本的理解和对高校实施以生为本必要性的分析,讨论如何在高校学生工作中如何发挥以生为本的作用。

General Secretary Xi Jinping emphasized at the conference on national ideological and political work for colleges and universities that ideological and political work in colleges and universities concerns what kinds of talents to be cultivated,how to cultivate talents and why we cultivate talents,so as moral establishment and talent cultivation should be the central link.Nowadays,the political ecology and environment of colleges and universities require university student workers to earnestly establish a student-oriented work concept,and improve the student-oriented work style,so as to better cultivate talents for the country and society.Through the understanding of student-orientation and the analysis on the necessity of implementing student-orientation in colleges and universities,this paper discusses how to play the role of student-orientation in student work of colleges and universities.
