摘要
智慧型城市能全方位提升城市居民福祉,能为企事业单位提供资源便利,能为政府机构的政务工作提供更高效精细的平台支撑。结合国内现在城市管理现状,梳理出面临的诸多问题,并重点针对这些问题,从宏观层面和具体层面进行了策略研究。通过"问脉施治"的方式,提出了问题的顶层策略、智慧化总体架构和实施步骤,为城市智慧化建设提供了一种整体的方案思考。
Smart cities can improve the well-being of urban residents in all aspects and provide resources for enterprises and provide more efficient and detailed platform support for government affairs.Based on the current situation of urban management in China,it sorts out many problems.Aiming at these problems,it carries out relevant countermeasures from the macro level and the specific level.Through the way of“Q&A”,the top-level design strategy,the overall structure of wisdom and the implementation step were put forward,which provides a holistic approach to the construction of urban wisdom.
