摘要
社区教育教学模式不是一成不变的,而面授是所有教学模式中不可或缺的。文章分析了面授模式存在的优缺点,从优化面授模式、降低教育成本的角度出发,以地级市中心城区——广东省江门市蓬江区为实验对象,从实验中总结归纳出优化面授模式的"60分钟"授课模式,提炼出面授模式中人力成本优化方案,提出面授教师在授课过程中的角色转变方案,分析了授课工作人员队伍组成和职责分工,为社区教育工作者深入实际开展社区教育面授课程给出了有益建议。
The teaching modes of community education are not immutable and unchangeable,and face-to-face teaching is indispensable to all of these modes.This paper analyzes the advantages and disadvantages of existing instruction models from the perspective of optimization of face-to-face mode,reducing the cost of education,and takes the center area,Pengjiang District of Jiangmen city in Guangdong Province as experimental object.From the experiment,the paper summarized the optimization of“60 minutes”face-to-face teaching mode,refined the optimization program of human cost in this mode,pointed out the shift of teachers roles during the teaching process,elaborated the teaching staff team and their responsibilities division.The paper aims to put forward useful suggestions for community education workers to carry out face-to-face courses.
