基于Mini-bar的千瓦级大功率激光器光纤耦合 被引量:1

摘要 高功率激光器是一个发展趋势,由于半导体激光器的自身限制,使用光纤耦合的方法来提高光束的质量,对半导体激光器尤其是大功率半导体激光器的光纤耦合研究具有非常重要的应用价值。故对半导体激光器阵列的千瓦级光纤耦合模块进行了研究分析,基于Mini-bar的半导体激光光纤耦合模块进行仿真模拟,采用36只输出功率为80W的Mini-bar半导体激光器组成两列空间叠阵作为耦合光源,通过准直、合束、聚焦等方法高效耦合进入数值孔径0.22、芯径300mm的光纤中,系统最终输出功率达到2849.3W,光纤耦合效率大于98%。 High power laser is a developing trend,due to the limitations of semiconductor lasers,using fiber coupling method to improve beam quality is very important for fiber coupling research of semiconductor lasers,especially high-power semiconductor lasers.So the laser diode array of kilowatts-level fiber-coupled modules were studied and analyzed.The simulation of semiconductor laser fiber coupling module based on mini-bar,with 36 mini-bar output power of semiconductor laser 80W are composed of two column space stacks as the coupling light source,which is efficient by collimating,combining and focusing.The laser is coupled into the core diameter of 300mm with the numerical aperture of 0.22 of the fiber.The final output power of the system is 2849.3W,fiber coupling efficiency is more than 98%.
