Under the influence of Internet technology,people’s lives and work have become increasingly diversified,and their reliance on the Internet has become increasingly apparent.Mobile learning has gradually banned the traditional classroom teaching mode and become a new type of teaching mode.It is gradually being popularized and favored by people.This paper mainly analyzes the platform design of the mobile APP and explains how to effectively implement the reasonable integration and utilization of learning resources through the APP learning platform.And introduces the mobile terminal APP function and module design,and discusses the effective mobile APP teaching platform implementation methods and strategies,and test for reference.
