Application of traffic statistics forecasting system in civil aviation administration

随着空中交通流量快速增长,繁忙机场及终端区空域拥挤和航班延误日趋严重,航班延误问题已经引起了社会各界的广泛关注。为提高空域系统容量,减少航班延误,贯彻民航局"排堵保畅"精神,中南空管局通信网络中心研发了流量统计预测系统,文章从开发背景、系统功能及系统架构等方面进行介绍。

With the rapid growth of air traffic,airspace congestion in busy airports and terminal areas and flight delays have become increasingly serious.The issue of flight delays has caused widespread concern in the community.In order to improve the capacity of airspace systems and reduce flight delays,the civil aviation administration of china has implemented the spirit of“blocking and maintaining smoothness”,and the air transport administration communication network center has developed a traffic statistics and forecasting system.This paper introduces the development background,system functions and system architecture.
