文章研究了富媒体技术在以知识管理为模型的高校科研管理中的应用。将知识管理与富媒体技术融入高校科研管理改革中,实现大数据的共享,同时为量化改革与考核制度紧密联系,提供有效的数据支撑,从而促进了科研积极性。科研管理工作在以上有利的措施下,脱离了简单繁琐的手工阶段,真正实现了无纸化管理工作,提高了工作效率,减少了手工出现的数据错误。

This paper studies the application of rich media technology in scientific research management in colleges and universities based on knowledge management model.The knowledge management and rich media technology into the reform of the scientific research management,realize the sharing of data,at the same time as the quantitative reform and appraisal system closely,to provide effective data support,so as to promote the enthusiasm of scientific research.Under the above favorable measures,scientific research management has been divorced from the simple and tedious stage of manual operation,and has truly realized paperless management,improved work efficiency and reduced manual data errors.
