摘要
随着科学技术的发展,激光技术不断取得新的成就,逐渐受到社会的广泛关注,很多行业都将激光技术应用其中。文章就激光技术在半导体行业中应用进行分析。
With the development of science and technology,laser technology has been constantly making new achievements,and has been widely concerned by the society.Many industries have applied laser technology.This paper analyzes the application of laser technology in the semiconductor industry.
