脑卒中患者家庭照顾者照顾准备度与疾病不确定感的相关性研究

The correlation of care preparedness and uncertainty in illness among family caregivers in stroke patients

目的了解脑卒中患者家庭照顾者的照顾准备度与疾病不确定感情况,探讨二者的相关性。方法采用照顾者准备度量表和疾病不确定感量表对衡阳市4所医院的200例住院脑卒中患者家庭照顾者进行调查。结果脑卒中患者家庭照顾者的照顾准备度和疾病不确定感得分分别为(13.99±4.95)分、(75.61±10.92)分,不同年龄、文化程度、职业、与患者关系、照顾经验、其他照顾者数量的家庭照顾者照顾准备度得分比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01或P<0.05)。家庭照顾者照顾准备度与疾病不确定感总分及各维度呈负相关(P<0.01)。结论脑卒中患者家庭照顾者的照顾准备度有待提高,医护人员应及时向患者家庭照顾者解释患者的病情及转归,开展健康教育,降低家庭照顾者的疾病不确定感,提高其照顾准备度。

Objective To investigate the relationship between the care preparedness and uncertainty in illness among family caregivers of stroke patients.Methods A convenient sample of 200 family caregivers of stroke patients were investigated using Care Preparedness Scale and Mishel Uncertainty in Illness Scale.Result The score of care preparedness among family caregivers was(13.99±4.95),while the score of uncertainty in illness was(75.61±10.92).The different age,literacy,career,relationship with patient,experience,number of care preparedness among family caregivers were statistically significant(P<0.01 or P<0.05).Correlation analysis revealed a negative correlation between family care preparedness and uncertainty in illness(P<0.01).Conclusion The care preparedness of family caregivers in stroke patients need to be improved.Medical staff should give explanations to caregivers on condition and outcome of patient in time,carry out health education to reduce the uncertainty in illness,and improve their care preparation.
