低产低渗裂缝型油藏超低温蒸汽吞吐技术研究与应用 被引量:1

摘要 高一区经过40余年的开发,整个区块濒临废弃。制约高一区开发的瓶颈问题主要为压力极低,原油粘度极高,即使采用捞油方式,也存在停产及周期过长的问题。通过开展储层水湿性研究、储层非均质研究及精细构造研究,以油层潜力评估和剩余油分布、富集规律研究为手段,针对高一区地质特征及管柱结构特点,研发超低温蒸汽吞吐技术,小剂量、多频次、低压力、低温度注入蒸汽,完成水油相置换,补充地层能量,并不断优化施工参数,形成超低温蒸汽吞吐理论体系,现场应用增产效果明显,证实该技术可有效提高低压低渗高粘度稠油油藏采收率。 After more than 40 years of development,the entire block of Gao1 is close to abandonment.The bottleneck problems of the development are mainly ultra low pressure and very high viscosity of crude oil.So even if the use of fishing oil,there are problems of shutdown and too long cycle.Through researches of reservoir water wettability,reservoir heterogeneity and fine structure,based on the reservoir potential assessment and the remaining oil distribution and enrichment laws,and aiming at the characteristics of Gao1 area geological features and column structure,it was developed the ultra-low temperature steam stimulation technology.The multi-frequency and small amount of steam is injected with low-pressure and low-temperature,to replace the water and oil phase and supply the formation energy.And then the construction parameters are continuously optimized.Finally it was formed the ultra-low temperature steam stimulation theory system.The field stimulation effect has proved that the technology can effectively enhance the recovery of low-pressure and low-permeability heavy oil reservoir.
