摘要
通过对奥罗维尔水坝出现巨大缺口的综述,分析事故产生的主观和客观因素,分析事故中地质的形成因素,了解溢洪道破坏的根源。建议修复或替换主溢洪道,重新审查多年前建成的水利工程的设计方案,收集新的水文数据,对其重新评估风险,以此为相关研究者及水利管理者提供参考。
Through the review of the huge gap on Oroville Dam,subjective and objective factors of the accident are analyzed as well as the geological factors.Reasons for the spillway damage are explored,based on which suggestion of repair and replacement of the main spillway is put forward.The author also reviews designs of previous water conservancy projects,re-evaluating the risks based on new hydrological data.
