摘要
在高职院校以专业课程为试点开展的PLTL项目实践,聚焦于导生能力提升,进行了为期两年的跟踪研究。在"导生引导式团队学习"过程中,学生投入程度、团队学习效果与导生责任心对预期效果达成程度均具有显著影响。PLTL项目结束时,导生不仅在职业能力方面得到提升,也在社会人格方面得到发展。在入职半年后,导生们能够将PLTL的经验有效地迁移到职场工作情境,沟通表达、团队合作、分析与解决问题等关键职业能力得到进一步提升。
The practice of PLTL pilot project in the major courses in a higher vocational college focuses on the improvement of peer leaders’personal ability.A two-year follow-up study is conducted.In PLTL program,students'participation,workshop effectiveness and the peer leader’s responsibility,all have significant effect on the achievement of the expected goals of peer leaders.When the program is completed,peer leaders’professional capability(professional knowledge,communication skills,teamwork spirit,etc.)and their social personality(selfawareness,friendship,gratitude,etc.)have been impressively developed and promoted.Within half a year at work,peer leaders can transfer their PLTL experience to the workplace situation effectively,and their key occupation abilities such as communication,teamwork,and problem solving,have been further improved.
