以就业为导向,以行业企业需求为依据,分析高职机电一体化技术专业的开发、构建和人才需求市场,形成具有产业线针对性和实用性的教学体系,培养学生的职业素质和技能。同时探讨教学体系顺利实施的保障措施。在重构基于就业产业线的高职机电专业课程体系方面进行有效尝试,推进优化职业技术教育教学实施。

Based on the employment orientation and the needs of the enterprises in the industry,this paper analyzes the development,construction and the market segmentation of talent demand of Electromechanical Specialty in higher vocational education at the task of forming a well-targeted and practical teaching system based on industry line,improving students'professional quality and vocational skills.The author also discusses the supporting measures for the implementation of this teaching system.In the reconstruction of curriculum system of the Electromechanical Specialty based on industry employment line,the author makes an effective attempt to promote the optimization of vocational and technical education and teaching implementation.
