GIS叠置分析在永久基本农田划定中的应用

Application of GIS Overlay Analysis in the Delimitation of Permanent Basic Farmland

利用ArcGIS软件将最新遥感影像和2015、2016年度土地利用变更调查地类图斑对永久基本农田保护图斑进行叠置分析(以江汉平原XX市数据为例),通过内业比对判读,提出永久基本农田划定疑似不符地块。结果表明,通过GIS的叠置分析,结合耕地后备资源等外部数据,能核实划定后永久基本农田图斑,保证划入耕地质量。

Based on the latest remote sensing images and the annual land use change survey land patches in 2015 and 2016, we used ArcGIS software to overlay analyze the permanent basic farmland protection patches(taking XX City data of Jianghan Plain for example). Through the interpretation of industry comparison, we checked the permanent basic farmland suspected inconsistent patches. The conclusion shows that combined with the land reserve resources data, GIS overlay analysis can verify the good delineation of permanent basic farmland patches, and ensure the quality of cultivated land.
