摘要
介绍了镇江市第二次土地调查成果,并从城乡、权属与现状、错误累积、宗地编码、地籍数据应用方面阐述了城乡分治的数据管理模式存在的问题,探讨了城乡一体化数据整合的5个核心任务和技术要点,总结工作成效,提出下一步工作的方向。
Taking Zhenjiang City for example, we introduced the second land survey results, and described the problems existing in the urban and rural partition data management model from urban and rural areas, ownership and land utilization situation, error accumulation, parcel coding, cadastral data application. And then, we discussed five core tasks and main technical points of the data integration, summarized the effectiveness of the work, and put forward the direction of next step work.
