摘要
在综合遥感与GIS估测洪水淹没范围方法的基础上,提出基于AE与IDL的洪水淹没范围估测与模拟系统设计。该系统为非专业用户使用ArcGIS和ENVI的强大数据处理功能提供了方便,简化了软件操作过程,为集遥感影像数据处理和GIS应用分析及制图为一体的专业软件系统提供了一种解决方案。
Based on the comprehensive method of remote sensing and GIS estimation of flood inundated area, we designed a flood inundated area estimation and simulation system based on AE and IDL. This system can provide a convenient and simplified operation of the software process for non-professional users, and provide a solution for the professional software system which assembling remote sensing image data processing and GIS application analysis and drawing.
