市售开心果霉菌污染现状的调查 被引量:1

摘要 本文对市场各流通渠道销售的开心果霉菌污染情况进行调查,共检测85个批次的样品,其中不合格数量达到7批,不合格率达到8.24%。超市便利店、线上网店、流通市场3个渠道的不合格率分别为5.0%、6.67%、20.00%;预包装产品的霉菌不合格率为5.0%,散装产品的霉菌不合格率为16.0%;品牌商生产的开心果霉菌不合格率为4.29%,无品牌的开心果不合格率高达26.67%。该研究结果可有效反映不同渠道、品牌、及包装的开心果产品霉菌污染情况,对大消费者购买开心果起到一定的指导作用。 This paper investigates the contamination of pistachios marketed by various distribution channels in the market.A total of 85 batches of samples were tested.The number of unqualified samples in 85 batches reached 7 batches,and the failure rate reached 8.24%.The unqualified rates of the three channels in the supermarket convenience store,line online store,and circulation market were 5.00%,6.67%,and 20.00%respectively;the pre-packaged product had a mold failure rate of 5.00%,and the bulk product had a mold failure rate of 16.00%;brand manufacturers’failure rate of pistachio mold was 4.29%,unlicensed pistachio fruit failure rate was as high as 26.67%.The results of this study can be used to effectively reflect the contamination of the pistachio products of different channels,brands,and packaging,and play a certain guiding role in the purchase of pistachios.
