摘要
本文选用羧甲基壳聚糖为主体的新型保鲜剂HCF对山竹进行涂膜保鲜,测定了贮藏期间山竹的失重率、维生素C含量、总可溶性固形物含量、总酸度、感官等理化指标。结果表明,选用HCF对山竹进行涂膜保鲜效果良好,低温状态下山竹可储存6~10天。
This paper used a new type of preservative HCF carboxymethyl chitosan as the main body of the preservation of mangosteen.We determined the weight loss rate,vitamin C content,total soluble solids,total acidity and sensory physicochemical indexes during the storage period.The results showed that the HCF of mangosteen preservation film is good.Mangosteen can be stored for 6~10 days under low temperature conditions.
