摘要
目的:了解西安市2014—2016年度相关食品中铝含量情况,为食品监督和消费者选购提供参考。方法:分别于2014年、2015年、2016年在西安市商场超市、食品生产企业、早餐供应点等随机采集粮食制品、焙烤食品和膨化食品3类食品样品共882份,采用ICP-AES法测定铝含量。结果:3类食品有118批次不合格,不合格率为13.4%,2014—2016年食品中铝含量不合格情况呈现出逐年下降的趋势。结论:西安市3类食品中铝含量结果逐年向好,但仍存在超标现象,应引起关注。
Objective:To know the aluminium content of food in Xi’an,so as to provide basis for food surveillance and consumers’choice.Methods:Grain products,baked food and puffed food were collected randomly from surpermarkets,food manufacturers and breakfast supplies from 2014 to 2016,and the aluminium content in 882 samples were detected by ICP-AES.Results:There were 118 substandard samples in 3 kinds of food,the failure rate of food was 13.4%and it was dropping year by year.Conclusion:The quality of 3 kinds of food was better year by year,but substandard food still exist.
