摘要
食物是人类赖以生存的成品和原料。随着经济的快速发展,人们的物质生活日益提高,越来越多种类的食物渐渐出现在人们的餐桌上,这些种类繁多的食物极大地满足了人们对于营养的需求,但同时,食品质量安全也存在着重大风险隐患,例如食品的来源、生产以及保质保量等都不能得到相关的保证,一些食品安全问题频频出现。本文从食品质量的根源出发,分析食品质量安全风险因素,并从健全食品法律法规,创新食品检测技术,产品科技化、完善食品安全控制体系和应急处理体系,加强宣传食品安全几个方面来阐述如何控制食品安全。
Food is the finished product and raw material that human beings depend on for food or drink.With the rapid development of economy,people’s material life is improving day by day.Gradually appeared more and more kinds of food in the people’s table,the wide variety of food greatly satisfy the people demand for nutrition,but the potential risks in the food quality and safety at the same time,such as food source,ensure the quality and so on production and can’t get the relevant guarantee,so many food safety problems appeared again and again.This paper started from the root causes of food quality,analysis of food quality and safety risk factors,and from healthy food laws and regulations and innovation of food detection technology,product technology,improve the food safety control system and the emergency response system,strengthen the publicity of food safety aspects to illustrate how to control food safety.
