浅析食品添加剂的合理使用

Analysis of the Rational Use of Food Additives

食品添加剂在食品工业的发展中扮演着重要的角色,但在食品加工过程中食品添加剂存在一些滥用、超标等违规行为,以至于消费者不能正确认识食品添加剂。本文在分析了食品添加剂在使用过程中存在的这些问题的基础上,提出了合理使用食品添加剂的几点建议。

Food additives plays an important role in the development of food industry.Because of the abuse of food additives and excessive violations in food processing,consumers can’t understand food additives correctly.On the basis of the analysis of the problems existing in the use of food additives,some suggestions on the rational use of food additives are put forward.
