在食品安全问题逐渐严峻的背景下,强化食品检测、提高检测质量显得更加必要。仪器分析法凭借其快速、灵敏、准确的特点,快速发展为一门广泛使用的分析技术,其在我国食品检测分析中的应用,大大提高了检测的效率和质量,促进了食品检测现代化的进程。本文以食品检测为内容,对其中仪器分析法的应用进行研究。

In the grim background of food safety,it is necessary to strengthen the food inspection and improve the quality of detection.with its fast,sensitive and accurate characteristics,Instrument analysis is developing into an analytical technique used rapidly.Its application in food inspection and analysis in China has greatly improved the efficiency and quality of testing,and greatly promoted the process of the modernization of food testing.In this paper,the application of the instrument analysis method was studied with the content of food testing.
