有氧运动结合肌肉训练对非小细胞肺癌化疗患者癌因性疲乏和生活质量的影响

Effects of aerobic exercise combined with muscle training on cancer-related fatigue and quality of life in patients with non-small cell lung cancer

目的探讨有氧运动结合肌肉训练对非小细胞肺癌化疗患者癌因性疲乏和生活质量的影响。方法将我院78例非小细胞肺癌化疗患者随机分为对照组(39例,给予肌肉训练)和观察组(39例,给予肌肉训练结合有氧运动)。比较两组患者治疗前、后的癌因性疲乏程度和生活质量评分。结果治疗后,两组患者癌因性疲乏情况明显改善,且观察组优于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后,两组患者的各项生活质量评分均升高,且观察组的生理因素、心理因素、社会关系评分均高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论有氧运动结合肌肉训练能减轻非小细胞肺癌化疗患者的癌因性疲乏,提高患者的生活质量,值得推广运用。

Objective To investigate the effects of aerobic exercise combined with muscle training on cancer-related fatigue and quality of life in patients with chemotherapy for non-small cell lung cancer.Methods Seventy-eight patients with non-small celllungcancerwererandomlydividedintocontrolgroup(n=39,accepted muscle training)and observation group(n=39,received muscle training combined with aerobic exercise).The scores of cancer-related fatigue and quality of life before and after treatment were compared between the two groups.Results After treatment,the degree of fatigue in the two groups improved,which in the observation group was better than the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the quality of life scores of the two groups improved,the scores of physiological factors,psychological factors and social relationsthe in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Aerobic exercise combined with muscle training can alleviate cancer-relatedfatigue in patients with non-small cell lung and improve quality of life,which is worthy of promotion and application.
