摘要
目的探讨破伤风的早期诊断和有效治疗方法。方法回顾性分析我院2007年10月至2017年10月收治的36例破伤风患者的临床资料,总结及时诊治破伤风的方法。结果 36例破伤风患者中,33例痊愈出院,3例好转出院,住院时间为0.5~43.0 d。结论破伤风仍有较高的发病率及病死率,误诊误治时有出现,应加强早期诊断与鉴别诊断,治疗上及时使用破伤风抗毒素,镇静肌松药物的、预防窒息及专科护理等综合治疗。
Objective To explore the early diagnosis and effective treatment of tetanus.Methods The clinical data of 36 adult patients with tetanus in our hospital from October 2007 to October 2017 were analyzed retrospectively,and the timely diagnosis and effective treatment of tetanus were summarized.Results Among 36 tetanus patients,cured in 33 cases and improved in 3 cases.The hospital stays was 0.5-43.0 d.Conclusion Tetanus still has high morbidity,mortality,misdiagnosis and mistreatment,and early diagnosis and differential diagnosis should be strengthened.Tetanus antitoxin,sedation and muscle relaxant drugs,prevention of asphyxia and specialist care are timely used in the treatment of tetanus.
