无痛胃镜下高频电凝切除术在胃息肉治疗中的临床疗效及安全性

Clinical efficacy and safety of high frequency electrocoagulation in the treatment of gastric polyps under painless endoscopy

目的探讨无痛胃镜下高频电凝切除术对胃息肉治疗效果的影响。方法选取2014年1月至2017年1月我院60例胃息肉手术患者为研究对象,根据就诊顺序将受试者分为对照组和研究组,各30例。对照组患者实施常规内镜下高频电凝切除术,研究组患者实施无痛胃镜下高频电凝切除术,比较两组患者的治疗效果、并发症发生率及术后随访6个月的复发情况。结果研究组治疗总有效率(96.67%)显著高于对照组(80.00%),组间差异显著(P<0.05)。研究组患者的手术时间及术中出血量显著优于对照组(P<0.05)。研究组患者术后并发症总发生率及复发率显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论与常规内镜相比,无痛胃镜下高频电凝切除术在胃息肉中的手术效果更显著,且术后并发症发生率及复发率较低,值得在临床中推广使用。

Objective To explore the effect of high frequency electrocoagulation in the treatment of gastric polyps under painless endoscopy.Methods A total of 60 patients with gastric polyps in our hospital from January 2014 to January 2017 were selected and divided into control group and study group according to the order of treatment,with 30 cases in each group.The control group was treated with conventional endoscopic high frequency electrocoagulation resection,the study group was treated with high frequency electrocoagulation under painless endoscopy.The treatment effects,the incidence of complications and the recurrence of 6 months after operation were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of the study group(96.67%)was significantly higher than that of the control group(80.00%)(P<0.05).The time of operation and the amount of bleeding in the study group were significantly better than those in the control group(P<0.05).The total incidence of postoperative complications and recurrence rate in the study group were significantly lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Compared with conventional endoscopy,the high frequency electrocoagulation under painless gastroscopy in the treatment of gastric polyps has significant effect,with lower incidence of postoperative complications and recurrence rate,which is worthy of promotion in clinical practice.
