骨瓜提取物注射液辅助治疗促进骨折切开复位内固定患者骨折愈合的作用

Effect of cerrus and cucumis polypeptide injection on fracture healing in patients with open reduction and internal fixation of fracture

目的分析骨瓜提取物注射液辅助治疗促进骨折切开复位内固定患者骨折愈合的作用。方法选取2015年2月至2016年9月124例在我院行骨折切开复位内固定术的患者随机分为观察组和辅助组,各62例。观察组不给予任何促进骨折部位愈合药物,辅助组给予骨瓜提取物注射液进行治疗。比较两组患者骨折愈合时间、VAS评分及功能恢复情况。结果辅助组的肱骨髁上、尺桡骨、掌骨、股骨干及胫腓骨骨折愈合时间均短于观察组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗3 d后,辅助组的VAS评分明显低于观察组(P<0.001);辅助组的功能恢复优良率为96.77%,明显高于观察组的82.26%(P<0.05)。结论骨瓜提取物注射液辅助治疗骨折切开复位内固定患者,可有效加快患者骨折部位的愈合,缩短愈合时间,减轻患者疼痛,临床应用价值高,值得推广应用。

Objective To analyze the effect of bone melon extract injection on fracture healing in open reduction and internal fixation of fracture.Methods From February 2015 to September 2016,124 cases of fracture patients undergoing open reduction and internal fixation in our hospital were selected and randomly divided into observation group and auxiliary group,with 62 cases in each group.The observation group was not given any medicine which promoted the healing of the fracture site,and the auxiliary group was treated with cervus and cacumis pdypeptide injection.The fracture healing time,VAS scores and functional recovery of the two groups were compared.Results The fracture healing time of the humeral supracondylar,ulna and radius,metacarpal,femoral and tibial fractures in the auxiliary group were shorter than those in the observation group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment for 3 d,the VAS score in the auxiliary group was significantly lower than that in the observation group(P<0.001).The excellent and good rate of functional recovery in the auxiliary group(96.77%)was significantly higher than 82.26%in the observation group(P<0.05).Conclusion Cerrus and cucumis pdypeptide injection is an adjunctive treatment for open reduction and internal fixation of fracture,which can effectively accelerate the healing of the fracture site of the patients,shorten the healing time and relieve the pain of the patients,and has high clinical application value,and it is worthy of popularization and application.
