半髋关节置换术与全髋关节置换术治疗老年股骨颈骨折的效果

Effect of hemiarthroplasty and total hip arthroplasty in the treatment of femoral neck fractures in the elderly

目的对比观察半髋关节置换术与全髋关节置换术治疗老年股骨颈骨折的疗效。方法选取于本院治疗的股骨颈骨折老年患者90例,将患者随机分为对照组与研究组,各45例,分别给予其半髋关节置换术与全髋关节置换术治疗,对比两组患者手术治疗效果。结果两组患者手术时间、术中出血量与住院时间比较,无明显差异(P>0.05);研究组治疗总有效率高于对照组,并发症总发生率低于对照组,并且疼痛程度优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论半髋关节置换术与全髋关节置换术治疗老年股骨颈骨折都具有良好的效果,但相比较而言,全髋关节置换术的效果更明显,应用价值更高。

Objective To compare the efficacy of hemiarthroplasty and total hip arthroplasty in the treatment of femoral neck fractures in the elderly.Methods A total of 90 elderly patients with femoral neck fracture admitted in our hospital were selected and divided into control group and study group,with 45 cases in each group.They were respectively given hemiarthroplasty and total hip arthroplasty.The treatment effects of the two groups were compared.Results The operation time,intraoperative blood loss and hospitalization time of the two groups had no significant difference(P>0.05);the total efficiency of the study group was higher than that of the control group,the total incidence of complications of the study group was lower than that of the control group,and pain of the study group was better than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Hemiarthroplasty and total hip arthroplasty in the treatment of femoral neck fractures in the elderly both have good effect,but by comparison,the effect of total hip replacement is more obvious,with higher application value.
