丹红注射液治疗老年慢性心力衰竭的临床疗效

Clinical effect of Danhong injection in the treatment of senile chronic heart failure

目的探讨丹红注射液治疗老年慢性心力衰竭的临床疗效。方法选取慢性心力衰竭老年患者92例,随机分为对照组和研究组,各46例。对照组采用常规治疗,研究组在此基础上给予丹红注射液治疗,比较两组的治疗效果。结果研究组的治疗总有效率高于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后,两组的LVEF及CO均高于治疗前,LVEDD及LVESD均低于治疗前,体力限制、社会限制、情绪及症状评分均低于治疗前,TNF-α、IL-6及BNP水平均低于治疗前,且研究组优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论丹红注射液能改善心功能,提高生活质量,降低TNF-α、IL-6、BNP水平,是一种有效的治疗方案。

Objective To investigate the clinical effect of Danhong injection in the treatment of senile chronic heart failure(CHF).Methods Ninety-two elderly patients with CHF were selected and randomly divided into control group and study group,with 46 cases in each group.The control group received conventional treatment,the study group was given Danhong injection on the basis of the control group.The treatment effects of the two groups were compared.Results The total effective rate of treatment in the study group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,LVEF and CO in both groups were higher than those before treatment,LVEDD and LVESD were lower than those before treatment,the scores of physical limitations,social limitations,mood and symptom were all lower than those before treatment,and the levels of TNF-α,IL-6 and BNP were lower than those before treatment,and those of the study group were better than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Danhong injection can improve patients'cardiac function and the quality of life,reduce the content of BNP,TNF-αand IL-6,which is an effective treatment plan.
