活血止痛汤加减配合甘露醇对老年下肢骨折术后肢体肿胀的治疗作用

Therapeutic effect of modified Huoxue Zhitong decoction combined with mannitol on postoperative limb swelling in elderly patients with lower extremity fractures

目的评价对老年下肢骨折术后肢体肿胀患者应用甘露醇配合活血止痛汤加减治疗的效果。方法选取在我院治疗的老年下肢骨折术后肢体肿胀患者120例,随机分为对照组和观察组,各60例。对照组以20%的甘露醇静滴治疗,观察组加用活血止痛汤加减治疗,对比两组患者的治疗效果、肢体肿胀与疼痛消失时间和不良反应发生情况。结果观察组的治疗总有效率高于对照组,肢体肿胀、疼痛消失时间均短于对照组,不良反应总发生率低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论应用甘露醇配合活血止痛汤加减治疗老年下肢骨折术后肢体肿胀具有显著的效果,可缓解肢体肿胀和疼痛,并可减少不良反应。

Objective To evaluate the effect of modified Huoxue Zhitong decoction combined with mannitol on postoperative limb swelling in elderly patients with lower extremity fractures.Methods A total of 120 elderly patients with limb swelling after lower limb fracture surgery were randomly divided into control group and observation group,with 60 cases in each group.The control group was treated with 20%mannitol intravenous drip.The observation group was applied modified Huoxue Zhitong decoction treatment on the basis of the control group.The treatment effects,the limb swelling disappearing time,pain disappearing time and adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results Compare with the control group,the total effective rate of treatment in the observation group was higher,and the limb swelling disappearance time and pain disappearance time were shorter,while the total incidence of adverse reactions was lower(P<0.05).Conclusion Modified Huoxue Zhitong decoction combined with mannitol in elderly patients with lower extremity fractures has significant effect on postoperative limb swelling,which can relieve limb swelling and pain and reduce adverse reactions.
