胎儿心脏超声检查对诊断先天性心脏病的临床价值

Clinical value of fetal cardiac ultrasound in the diagnosis of congenital heart disease

目的探讨胎儿心脏超声对先天性心脏病的诊断价值。方法选取我院2015年10月至2017年10月收治产前检查1 200例孕妇,均接受彩色多普勒超声检查。比较胎儿心脏超声检查结果与产后新生儿超声或尸解结果,计算诊断符合率、特异度、灵敏度。结果胎儿心脏超声检查检出率(0.83%)和产后新生儿超声或尸解的检出率(1.00%)比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);胎儿心脏超声检查的诊断灵敏度为83.33%,诊断特异度为100.00%。结论超声技术筛查先天性心脏病诊断准确率、特异度、灵敏度均较高,误诊率低,实施胎儿心脏超声检查在先天性心脏病中具有较高诊断价值,建议广泛推广。

Objective To investigate the clinical value of fetal cardiac ultrasound examination in congenital heart disease.Methods A total of 1 200 cases of pregnant women received prenatal examination in our hospital from October 2015 to October 2017 were selected,and examined by color Doppler ultrasound.The results of fetal cardiac ultrasound examination and postpartum ultrasound or autopsy were compared,and the diagnostic accuracy and specificity were calculated.Results There was no significant difference in the detection rate of fetal heart ultrasound(0.83%)and postpartum neonatal ultrasound or autopsy(1.00%)(P>0.05).The diagnostic accuracy and specificity of neonatal ultrasound were 83.33%and 100.00%.Conclusion Ultrasound screening for congenital heart disease is of high accuracy,high specificity,high sensitivity and low misdiagnosis rate.Fetal cardiac ultrasound has high diagnostic value in the diagnosis of congenital heart disease,which is recommended to be widely promoted.
