摘要
目的分析彩色多普勒超声应用于乳腺肿块诊断中的临床价值。方法回顾性分析于我院接受彩色多普勒超声检测的236例患者的临床资料,分析彩色多普勒超声诊断乳腺肿块的符合率,并对良、恶性乳腺肿块的血流分级状况及超声声像图特点进行总结。结果彩色多普勒超声对恶性乳腺肿块的诊断符合率为96.32%(131/136),对良性乳腺肿块诊断的符合率为96.00%(96/100);恶性乳腺肿块0、1级血流信号占比均明显低于良性乳腺肿块,而2、3级血流信号占比与血流检出率均高于良性乳腺肿块(P<0.05)。恶性乳腺肿块形态不规格、内部回声不均匀、后方回声逐渐减弱、存在钙化灶占比均明显高于良性乳腺肿块(P<0.05)。结论在乳腺肿块的良、恶性诊断中,彩色多普勒超声具有较好的诊断效果,其有效检测出的乳腺肿块的后方回声、形态、血流信号以及纵横比等特点,能够为临床中乳腺肿块良、恶性的辨别提供可靠的依据。
Objective To analyze the clinical value of color Doppler ultrasund in the diagnosis of breast masses.Methods The clinical data of 236 patients undergoing color Doppler ultrasound in our hospital were retrospectively analyzed.The coincidence rate of color Doppler ultrasound in the diagnosis of breast masses was analyzed,and the blood flow grading status and ultrasonographic features of benign and malignant breast masses were summarized.Results The coincidence rate of color Doppler ultrasound for malignant breast masses was 96.32%(131/136),and that was 96.00%(96/100)for benign breast masses.The proportions of blood flow signals in grade 0 and grade 1 of malignant breast masses were significantly lower than those in benign breast masses,and the proportions of blood flow signals in grades 2,3 and blood flow detection rate were higher than those in benign breast masses(P<0.05).The proportion of irregular shape,uniform internal echo,weakened posterior echo,calcified lesions in malignant breast masses were lower than those in benign breast masses(P<0.05).Conclusion Color Doppler ultrasound in the diagnosis of benign and malignant breast masses can obtain good diagnosis effect.It can effectively detect breast tumor rear echo,morphology,blood flow signal and the aspect ratio and other characteristics,which can provide a reliable basis for clinical identification of benign and malignant breast masses.
