基于微信平台的延续性护理干预对肝硬化患者自我护理能力和生活质量的影响

Effect of continual nursing intervention based on We Chat platform on self-care ability and quality of life in patients with cirrhosis

目的探讨基于微信平台的延续性护理干预对肝硬化患者自我护理能力和生活质量的影响。方法选取本院收治的88例肝硬化患者为研究对象,根据随机数字表法分为观察组和对照组,各44例。对照组给予常规护理干预,观察组在对照组的基础上给予基于微信平台的延续护理干预。观察并比较两组患者干预前和干预后的自我护理能力和生活质量情况。结果干预后,观察组患者各维度自我护理能力评分较干预前显著提高,且明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。干预后,两组患者SF-36评分明显高于干预前,且观察组高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论对肝硬化患者实施基于微信平台的延续性护理干预有利于患者的治疗,可显著提升患者的自我护理能力,提高患者生活质量,值得临床借鉴。

Objective To explore the effect of continual nursing intervention based on WeChat platform on self-care ability and quality of life in patients with cirrhosis.Methods Eighty-eight patients with cirrhosis treated in our hospital were selected and divided into observation group and control group according to the random number table method,with 44 cases in each group.The control group was given routine nursing intervention,and the observation group was given continual nursing intervention based on WeChat platform.The self-care ability and quality of life before and after nursing intervention of the two groups were compared.Results After intervention,the scores of the self nursing ability in the observation group were significantly higher than those before intervention,and those of the observation group were higher than the control group(P<0.05).After intervention,the scores of SF-36 in the two groups were significantly higher than those before intervention,and those in the observation group were significantly higher than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The continual nursing intervention based on WeChat platform in patients with cirrhosis intervention is beneficial,and it can significantly improve the self-care ability and the quality of life of patients,which is worthy of clinical reference.
