综合护理干预对慢性乙肝肝硬化患者治疗依从性、负性情绪及生存质量的影响

Effect of comprehensive nursing intervention on treatment compliance, negative emotion and quality of life in patients with chronic hepatitis B cirrhosis

目的探讨综合护理干预对慢性乙肝肝硬化患者治疗依从性、负性情绪及生存质量的影响。方法将在我院接受治疗的80例慢性乙肝肝硬化患者随机分为试验组和对照组,各40例。试验组接受综合护理干预,对照组接受常规护理,比较两组护理后的治疗依从性、负性情绪及生存质量。结果护理后,两组患者的SDS及SAS评分均明显下降,试验组评分低于对照组(P<0.05)。试验组患者的治疗总依从率明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。护理后,对照组生存质量的部分指标评分显著高于护理前,而试验组各项指标评分显著改善且均优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论对慢性乙肝肝硬化患者实施综合护理干预,可显著提高患者的治疗依从性,缓解患者的负性情绪,并改善其生存质量。

Objective To investigate the effect of comprehensive nursing intervention on treatment compliance,negative emotion and quality of life in patients with chronic hepatitis B cirrhosis.Methods Eighty patients with chronic hepatitis B cirrhosis treated in our hospital were randomly divided into experimental group and control group,with 40 cases in each group.The experimental group received comprehensive nursing intervention.The control group received routine nursing care.The treatment compliance,negative emotion and quality of life were compared between the two groups.Results After nursing,the SDS and SAS scores of the two groups significantly decreased,and those in the experimental group were lower than the control group(P<0.05).The total treatment compliance rate in the experimental group was higher than the control group(P<0.05).After nursing,the scores of some indicators of quality of life in the control group were higher than those before nursing,while the indexed scores of the experimental group all improved and were better than those of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The implementation of comprehensive nursing intervention in patients with chronic hepatitis B cirrhosis can significantly improve the patients'treatment compliance,relieve the negative emotions of patients,and improve their quality of life.
