203例颅脑手术后持续中心静脉压监测护理体会

Nursing experience of 203 cases of continuous central venous pressure monitoring after craniocerebral surgery

目的探讨颅脑术后持续中心静脉压监测技术护理要点。方法回顾总结203例颅脑手术后持续中心静脉压监测,通过多种护理途径,确保监测功能正常、读数可靠和预防相关并发症。结果本研究病例中持续中心静脉压监测时间为1~7 d。无导管相关血流感染、血气胸、空气栓塞等严重并发症发生。监测过程中经确认排除外因导致数据异常69例次,因卧位不当致异常数据24例次,零点位置不准确19例次,测压管路不通畅17例次,未按要求换算单位9例次。结论控制好数据采集、管路维护、穿刺点局部皮肤护理以及患者心理护理等环节,有助于颅脑手术后持续中心静脉压监测工作正常、可靠、安全的运行。

Objective To investigate the main points of nursing in continuous central venous pressure monitoring after craniocerebral surgery.Methods A total of 203 cases of continuous central venous pressure monitoring after craniocerebral surgery were reviewed and summarized.Normal monitoring functions,reliable readings and prevention of related complications were ensured through multiple nursing approaches.Results Continuous central venous pressure monitoring was maintained for 1-7 d in the study.No catheter-related bloodstream infection,hematopneumothorax or aeroembolism occurred.During the monitoring,69 cases with abnormal data caused by excluding external causes,24 cases with abnormal data caused by inappropriate clinostatism,19 cases with inaccurate zero-point position,17 cases with obstructed pipeline for pressure measuring,and 9 cases without reduced unit according to requirements were excluded.Conclusion Controlling data acquisition,pipeline maintenance,skin nursing and psychological nursing of local skin at puncture points is helpful for normal,reliable and safe operation of continuous central venous pressure monitoring after craniocerebral surgery.
