针对性护理干预在骨科老年卧床患者并发症预防中的应用

Application of targeted nursing intervention in the complications prevention of elderly bedridden patients in orthopedics department

目的探讨针对性护理干预在骨科老年卧床患者并发症预防中的应用效果。方法选取2016年1月至2017年6月收治的84例需卧床治疗的骨科老年患者为研究对象,随机分为观察组和对照组,各42例。对照组给予骨科常规护理,观察组给予针对性护理干预。比较两组患者的护理效果。结果观察组患者的并发症总发生率低于对照组(P<0.05)。护理后,两组患者的VAS及SF-36评分均优于护理前,且观察组优于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组的住院时间短于对照组,满意度显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论针对性护理干预对于骨科老年卧床患者有积极意义,能够有效减少并发症的发生,提高患者护理满意度。

Objective To explore the application effect of targeted nursing intervention in the complications prevention of elderly bedridden patients in orthopedics department.Methods Eighty-four cases of elderly bedridden patients in orthopedics department from January 2016 to June 2017 were selected as the research objects and randomly divided into observation group and control group,with 42 cases in each group.The control group was given routine nursing of orthopedics department,the observation group was given targeted nursing intervention.The nursing effects of the two groups were compared.Results The total incidence of complications in the observation group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).After nursing,the VAS and SF-36 scores of both groups were better than those before nursing,and those of the observation group were better than the control group(P<0.05).The hospitalization time of the observation group was shorter than that of the control group,and the nursing satisfaction rate was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Targeted nursing intervention on elderly bedridden patients in orthopedics department has positive significance,and it can effectively reduce the incidence of complications and improve the patients'nursing satisfaction.
